Kim Kardashian asks the court to finalize her divorce to have peace
Kim Kardashian says Kanye West's social media posts are causing her "emotional distress," and she's asked the court to help stop her ex from harming her.
The reality TV star is asking to be officially single.
While she filed for divorce in February 2021, she is still, according to the law, the rapper's wife, who does not fail to recall it in her publications.
“I really want to divorce.
I asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he didn't.
Kanye has been spreading a lot of misinformation on social media regarding our personal family affairs and co-parenting which has created emotional distress.
I think when the court ends our marital status, it will help Kanye accept that our relationship is over and move on to a better path,” she said in court documents obtained by NBC News.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle support Ukrainians
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are on the side of Ukraine and its people.
In a statement posted on their foundation's website, Archewell, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex expressed their support following the Russian invasion.
“Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and the entire Archewell team stand with the people of Ukraine against this violation of international and humanitarian law and encourage the international community and its leaders to do likewise,” the statement read.
