After 4:00 am on the 26th, when a house in Sakaemachi, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture was on fire, a person living nearby reported to the fire department.



Fifteen fire engines came out and fire extinguishing activities were carried out, and the fire was almost extinguished before 7:00 am, but it means that three houses have been burnt so far.



According to police, they are in a hurry to confirm that they have lost contact with the two suspected people who lived in these homes.

Also, around 2:00 am on the 26th, when a fire broke out at a woodworking factory in Tamanoike, Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, a person living nearby reported to the fire department.



Nine fire engines were dispatched, and the fire was almost extinguished after about four hours, but three buildings on the premises were burnt.



According to the police, after the fire, Mr. Tsuguo Yokoyama (80), who runs this woodworking shop, and one male employee have not been contacted.



Mr. Yokoyama's home is separate from the woodworking shop, but police are confirming that the two may have been involved in a fire because they may sleep in a building on the premises.



The site is an area dotted with houses about 600 meters southeast of Koyoshi Station on the Yurikogen Railway.
