An Arab country announces zero cases of corona in the past 24 hours

Today, Mauritania announced that it had not recorded any infection with the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours, for the first time in more than a year.

The Ministry of Health announced, in an official statement on its website, that it recorded the recovery of 15 people from the virus, and no deaths from the virus were recorded during the past 24 hours, after conducting 1806 tests.

She added, "There are still 59 active cases of the Corona virus so far."

Mauritania recorded the first infection with the Corona virus, in late March 2020, and since then it has recorded 85,621 confirmed cases.
