The "Vivaldi" real estate project planned on Seguin Island in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine) is struggling to convince the inhabitants.

The Bouygues group planned ten office, retail and collective interest buildings for a floor area of ​​approximately 120,000 m2, recalls Actu Hauts-de-Seine.

The issuance of the two building permits next May was however subject to consultation with the population.

The collective of 27 associations "Déclaration de l'île Seguin" particularly deplored the negative impact on biodiversity.

Opinions differ

“The recurring problem of the construction of square meters of office space in the age of teleworking” was also mentioned.

A resident for his part regretted the opposition of the associations “while they all recognize that it is the best project”.

Modifications taking into account the remarks should be made.
