At around 3 pm on February 22, in Huayang Park, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, two boys accidentally fell into the water while playing on the lake. After seeing this, the parents called for help and went into the water to save people, but they were also trapped in the water.
When several staff members of the park heard the cry for help, they immediately dialed 119 and 110, ran back to get ropes, bamboo poles and other tools, and rushed to the water to save people.
Five minutes later, with the joint efforts of the park staff and well-meaning citizens, four drowning people were successfully rescued ashore.
