On February 21, Meng Moumou (male, 44 years old), a resident of Tongzhou District, participated in a company training in another province. After Meng Moumou arrived in Beijing, he still went to a restaurant for dinner and took a taxi home, and did not report it to the community where he lived, posing the risk of the spread of the epidemic.

On February 22, after receiving the notification from the local neighborhood committee, Meng was transferred to a centralized isolation point for medical observation.

On February 24, Meng Moumou was diagnosed as a patient with new coronary pneumonia.
