China News Service, Deyang, February 23 (Reporter Yang Yong) The reporter learned from the Public Security Bureau of Deyang City, Sichuan Province on the 23rd that six people from Mianzhu, Deyang, met to climb the mountain to enjoy the snow, but they were trapped in the snow mountain.

After receiving the police, the police, firefighters, local villagers and other forces fought for more than 6 hours, successfully rescued the trapped people down the mountain, and sent the wounded to the hospital for treatment.

According to reports, at about 16:00 on February 21, the Hanwang Police Station of the Mianzhu City Public Security Bureau received an alarm, saying that 6 people climbed the mountain to enjoy the snow and were trapped in Datianchi Mountain. At this time, it was getting late and snowing, and the mountain was very cold.

After receiving the alarm, the police of Hanwang Police Station immediately organized a rescue team and rushed to the mountain for rescue despite the heavy snow.

After understanding, Zhang and other 6 people are all from Mianzhu, and knowing that Baiyun Mountain (commonly known as: Datianchi Mountain) is beautiful with snow, he organized a group of 6 friends to climb the mountain and enjoy the snow.

After arriving, it was found that the snow at the foot of the mountain had melted, so Zhang and other 6 people went to a high place to enjoy the snow.

When climbing to the mountain at an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, Zhang was knocked down while playing in the snow, resulting in a fractured calf, unable to move, and trapped on the mountain, so he called 110 for help.

Hearing that someone was injured, the police immediately contacted ambulances, firefighters, village cadres and villagers familiar with the terrain to go to the mountain for rescue.

Along the way, the police contacted Zhang and the pedestrians by phone, soothed their emotions, told them not to move around, and waited for rescue on the spot, while determining the trapped location according to their descriptions.

On the way up the mountain for rescue, the sky was getting darker and darker. The higher the height, the narrower the road and the deeper the snow. The police car could no longer move on the snowy mountain, so the police had to walk to the place where a pedestrian Zhang was trapped.

At about 22:00 that day, with the help of the police, firefighters and villagers, Zhang and other 6 people successfully escaped from the predicament.

Subsequently, the police sent the injured Zhang to the hospital for treatment, and he is now in good condition.

The police remind: You must pay attention to protect your own safety when traveling, and do not rush to undeveloped deep mountain scenic spots to avoid danger.
