A Yemeni woman kidnaps her ex-husband and writes on Facebook: I have become an outlaw and will kidnap others.

A girl kidnapped a man in the center of the city of Taiz, southwest of Yemen, in a strange incident occurring for the first time in the country.

According to a memorandum issued by the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department in Taiz Governorate, to the Director of the Asifra Police Department and the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, the girl, Taghreed Al-Sharabi, kidnapped the victim, Mubarak Al-Wafi.

The memo indicated that the victim has been kidnapped since that date, and that the search department continues the records of gathering inferences, research and investigation about the kidnapping incident.

According to "Sky News Arabia".

The Director of Taiz Research called on the concerned authorities to arrest the accused, in order to complete the procedures and referral to the competent authority.

Taghreed Al-Sharabi said that the reason she kidnapped Mubarak Al-Wafi (her ex-husband), was because he refused to return her rights after the divorce, which prompted her to commit this matter.

Taghreed wrote a post on her Facebook page, in which she vowed to kidnap other men whom she mentioned by name unless she is redressed.

She added, "I have become an outlaw and there is nothing to prevent me from doing so."
