Ingredients :
1L cream 500g chicken stock
2 onions
20cl white wine
600g grated Beaufort cheese
Recipe :
Chop the onions and sweat them, then deglaze with white wine and reduce well.
Add the cream and the chicken broth.
When boiling, gradually add the Beaufort and blend.
