Ingredients :

  • 1L cream 500g chicken stock

  • 2 onions

  • 20cl white wine

  • 600g grated Beaufort cheese

Recipe :

  • Chop the onions and sweat them, then deglaze with white wine and reduce well.

  • Add the cream and the chicken broth.

  • When boiling, gradually add the Beaufort and blend.
