Recently, the "senior" volunteers of the Anshan Respiratory Alliance Volunteer Association went to the village to serve the left-behind elderly, allowing the elderly to spend an unforgettable Lantern Festival cleanly and happily.
[Explanation] 74-year-old Dai Shurong suffered from cerebral infarction and other diseases. He was bedridden for many years, and was looked after by his 78-year-old wife Hu Guirong. He has not taken a bath for several years.

[Explanation] The "senior" volunteer service is a pilot project of helping and respecting the elderly implemented in September 2020 with the support of the China Aging Development Foundation.
Ma Lan, president of the Anshan Respiratory Alliance Volunteer Association, said that since the implementation of the project, volunteers have served more than 300 households of elderly people living alone.
