Angelina Jolie sold the factory without her husband's knowledge, and Brad Pitt is pursuing her in the courts!

The famous American actor, Brad Pitt, is suing his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, after she sold her stake in a French winery to a Russian businessman.

Pitt said in the lawsuit that Jolie sold her stake in the French factory "Chao Miraval", without formally informing him to the Russian businessman, Yuri Scheffler.

Brad Pitt, 58, is asking in the lawsuit to cancel the agreement that Jolie, 46, entered into with a financial group managed by Shelfer, as well as financial compensation.

He stated that he and Jolie, when they were married, bought the French factory in 2008, for $ 28.4 million, and Angelina Jolie contributed about 40 percent of the financing, equivalent to $11.3 million.

He stated that he had made a great effort to improve the situation of the factory and make it profitable.

According to the American actor's account, he agreed with his ex-wife not to sell their shares in the factory without the consent of the other, which she violated.

But Angelina Jolie said she got approval from Brad Pitt last year to look for a buyer, with the right to agree to him.

Ultimately, the American actress sold the factory in October 2021 to a Russian businessman who made his fortune during the fall of the Soviet Union.

Brad Pitt says that the Russian businessman Yuri Scheffler has damaged the efficiency of the French factory.
