A Russian doctor reveals the pulse that threatens human life

The Russian doctor, Mikhail Kupriyanov, an internal medicine specialist, announced that an electrocardiogram should be performed if its heart rate reaches 100 beats and more per minute.

In an interview with the Russian Prime News Agency, the doctor points out that the heartbeat that exceeds 100 beats per minute without the presence of provoking factors, may pose a threat to health.

He adds, in this case, you must undergo a comprehensive examination to determine the cause of the rapid heartbeat, including an electrocardiogram, and daily monitoring of the heart's work according to the Holter method.

The doctor indicates that if a person faints when the heartbeat accelerates, or a pre-fainting state appears, he should be taken to the hospital.

The patient may also feel complete loss of vision, general weakness, dizziness and cold sweat, according to RIA Novosti.

In addition, an immediate ambulance should be called, because in such cases, doctors note a decrease in systolic blood pressure to less than 100 mm Hg column.

To avoid such a situation, the doctor advises not to drink caffeinated drinks, improve sleep quality, and work to lose excess weight.
