A fruit bus stop candy was born in Konagai Town, Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, where bus stops in the shape of delicious fruits are lined up, and it has become a hot topic.

In Konagai Town, Isahaya City, facing the Ariake Sea, 16 bus stops in the shape of strawberries, watermelons, melons, oranges, and tomatoes line up along National Route 207, making it a popular spot for Instagram.

The local Isahaya Bay Fisheries Cooperative's direct sales store along the national highway has been selling this unique fruit bus stop candy as a souvenir for tourists since late last month, along with the seasonal Konagai oysters.

The new product, candy at the fruit bus stop, comes in three types: strawberries, melons, and oranges, and each bag contains 15 pieces for 500 yen.

According to the Isahaya Bay Fisheries Cooperative, there are days when 200 bags of candy can be sold on weekends, and the Fisheries Cooperative is considering selling it outside Isahaya City in the future.

One of the creators of this candy, Nana Irie of the Isahaya Bay Fisheries Cooperative said, "I wanted to make something like Kintaro-ame, which is easy, round and cute. I asked him to buy it as a souvenir and came to Konagai. I want you to remember it. "
