Keep an eye on the four risk points

Epidemic prevention and control is still a "top priority"

Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, epidemic prevention and control has become an inescapable part of everyone's work and life.

On February 16, at the 2022 Zhejiang Provincial Health Work Conference, epidemic prevention and control work is undoubtedly the "top priority".

In the past year, our province has demonstrated Zhejiang's experience in the battle against the epidemic.

According to their responsibilities, the health department should blow the whistle as soon as possible, strengthen the transition from level to emergency, conduct rapid flow adjustment, rapid detection, and integrate traditional Chinese and western medicine for rapid treatment, and firmly guard the bottom line.

However, the current global epidemic is still spreading and showing new characteristics. New mutant strains spread rapidly and are highly contagious. In addition, the high incidence of various infectious diseases in winter and spring increases the risk of prevention and control.

In the future health work, it is necessary to further improve the level of normalized epidemic prevention and control and emergency response.

The first is to prevent, the key is to keep an eye on four risk points: the closed-loop management of port staff such as ports and airports still has weak links, and there is a risk of foreign imports; contact with overseas cold chain food, international mail, imported items, etc. There is a risk of "human-to-human transmission"; inbound personnel have the risk of cross-infection during the process of transfer, isolation, and treatment; personnel from medium and high-risk areas outside the province are not checked and controlled in time, and there is a risk of import from outside the province.

Secondly, the three major capabilities of epidemiological traceability, nucleic acid detection, and treatment need to be continuously improved.

Time and again, the practice of fighting the epidemic has proved that whether it is possible to catch the early and catch the young depends on the "housekeeping skills" of tracing the source of the epidemic.

Therefore, in 2022, Zhejiang Province will expand the transfer team, focus on the CDC and primary medical and health institutions, and carry out full-staff training to ensure that the number of transfer personnel in the province reaches more than 8,000, and the number of public health personnel is "everyone." will flow."

In the previous war epidemics, those "big whites" who rushed to the epidemic area for nucleic acid sampling and testing have left a lot of warmth and touching for everyone.

According to reports, the province's new coronavirus nucleic acid detection capacity has been greatly improved, reaching 1.6 million tubes per day.

In the new year, Zhejiang will also focus on regional nucleic acid screening, strengthen emergency drills, optimize site layout, and improve work plans to ensure that in the event of emergencies, large-scale rapid testing can be entered at any time.

The goal is to set up districts, cities and counties (cities, districts) to build at least 2 to 3 nucleic acid detection bases with no less than 100,000 tubes/day and 50,000 tubes/day, respectively.

At the same time, strengthen the training and reserve of nucleic acid sampling teams, and the number of emergency sampling personnel in the province will reach more than 100,000.

In a word, the nerves of epidemic prevention and control cannot be relaxed. It is necessary to take precautions first, but also to have the ability to respond scientifically, constantly move the threshold forward, shorten the time of epidemic detection, and change from passive prevention and control to active defense.

In the event of an epidemic, it is necessary to make full use of the golden 24-hour emergency response, promote the "community clearing" as soon as possible, control the epidemic at the point, and ensure the rapid control of the spread of the epidemic within one incubation period.
