A cold wave advisory has been issued for the metropolitan area, including Seoul, Gangwon, Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk inland regions.
Cold winds will continue to blow throughout the day, with sub-zero temperatures centered in the central inland.
It's very cold, so you'll need to pack and dress appropriately.
Currently, there are snow clouds around Chungnam and Honam areas, and a heavy snow warning has been issued for these areas.
During the day, there will be a brief lull in the snow, but at night it will become thicker again, mainly in the western part of Honam.
In areas where it does not snow, the sky will be mostly clear, and dry warnings have been issued again for Seoul and the east.
