One organizes the “Senegal Street Food” and plans to open a laboratory to train chefs who will invent new flavors with local products;

the other wants to give Dakar its place on the gastronomic map of the world through the “Dakar Restaurant Week” which is being held this week.

Aminata Thior introduces us to Tchoub Tchoub and Aziz Agbo Panzo, two chefs who are committed to showcasing Senegalese culinary heritage.
