▼ the content of the characters is judged by AI. By displaying the manuals required for the response on the staff's personal computer, the

response is smoother.

For this reason, the ward plans to expand the introduction of AI to other businesses, and in the new fiscal year, it will also incorporate it into 39 counter businesses such as long-term care insurance and livelihood protection.

It is said that the introduction in the ward will lead to the improvement of the work efficiency of the staff of about 110,000 hours in total at 39 counter operations, and the ward wants to realize more polite consultation response by the time created by the efficiency improvement.

The ward will propose a new fiscal year budget plan that includes related expenses such as 130 million yen to the regular ward council starting from February 17th.
