When the Winter Olympics meet intangible cultural heritage, what kind of sparks will they collide?

We were also very excited to see the opening of the Winter Olympics, and we happened to see "Bingdundun", the mascot of the Winter Olympics.

Then we thought, we are making Huamo, pasta, Huamo, and we must be able to make a mascot similar to "Bingdundun", and then we tried to make it, and we made it at that time. After three or four times, it looks quite similar.

[Explanation] Talking about the production process of "Mian Dun Dun", Xu Meirong introduced that making "Mian Dun Dun" requires multiple processes and two steaming processes.

In their initial attempts, they also encountered many difficulties.

We also had a lot of difficulties when we made this "noodle dundun", because we wanted to steam this "noodle dundun" at the time, because it was pasta after all, we steamed and fermented together, and then steamed it for many times without success. All fell apart.

Later, after several experiments, and several of us discussed in partnership, we found that we need to steam it separately.

As long as it is steamed separately, it will not fall apart when sticking to it.

[Explanation] This bun is not only beautiful in appearance, but also green and healthy.

Xu Meirong introduced that all the shapes of "Mian Dun Dun" use natural pigments.

The red part of the color is the water of beetroot, the blue part is the water of butterfly pea flower, then the yellow part is pumpkin juice, and the black part is black glutinous rice.

[Explanation] In addition, with the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger in Renyin, Xu Meirong also developed a variety of flower buns such as "Lucky Tiger".

They combine modern popular elements with traditional techniques and continue to innovate.

In the future, they will make more shapes according to Chinese traditional culture and traditional festivals.

Huamo is China's intangible cultural heritage. It contains profound culture, conveys simple feelings, and entrusts people's blessings for a better future. We combine modern and popular elements with traditional techniques. At the same time, we also hope that more People can join us in this traditional skill and do their little bit for us to inherit and carry forward our culture.
