He added, in a statement to the local "Sham FM" radio, that they are on the way to receive Fawaz, stressing that he is in good health.

Sham FM reported that the people of Ibta' in Daraa gathered at the entrance to the town to receive the child Qetaifan after he was liberated and handed over by the Internal Security Forces.

The Syrian Ministry of Interior had announced earlier that the child had been liberated, noting that his health was good.
