The 13th China Arts Festival opens in September
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently issued a notice on the "Overall Plan for the 13th China Arts Festival".
According to the plan, the 13th China Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Thirteen Arts Festival") is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, and the Hebei Provincial People's Government. Held from September 1st to September 15th, the overall event will continue until the end of 2022.
The Art Festival adheres to the tenet of "a grand gathering of art, a festival for the people" and the principle of "innovation, openness, quality, sharing and integration", focusing on the creation of literary and artistic masterpieces, displaying the achievements of artistic development, promoting online and offline linkages, and promoting performances Innovate in broadcasting, and strive to achieve "watching hundreds of dramas, appreciating thousands of exhibits, and bringing together the vitality of thousands of people".
The festival activities are mainly divided into four stages: the warm-up stage is arranged about a month before the opening.
Hold press conferences, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei three places will hold characteristic theatrical performances and mass cultural activities to create a festive atmosphere; the main activity stage will hold opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies, art awards, specially invited plays, art exhibitions, and performing arts cultural and creative expositions Six major main activities; in the extension stage, about a month after the closing ceremony, select high-quality plays and excellent art works to carry out tours and exhibitions in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
Give full play to the advantages of cultural resources, carry out brand cultural activities, and expand the influence of the results of the festival; in the continuous stage, build a "cloud theater" platform to provide online services that integrate the creation, rehearsal, performance, publicity and evaluation of high-quality plays, and promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei performing arts. The venues are Beijing, Tianjin, along the high-speed railway in Hebei Province and cities around Beijing and Tianjin as the main venues, and branch venues will be opened in the sub-center of Beijing, Xiongan New Area and surrounding urban areas, forming a vivid situation of participation and sharing by all.
The theme of the event is "Welcome to the New Journey of the 20th National Congress", and it is planned to invite about 100 (sets) of outstanding stage art works to participate in the performance, including about 70 works (sets) for the Wenhua Award and 30 works for the Art Festival ( Taiwan); about 100 works participated in the Qunxing Award; about 1,000 works of art, calligraphy and seal cutting, and photography were specially invited and publicly collected across the country.
Invite all provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities), Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps cultural and tourism system delegations, guests and relevant persons to participate in various activities of the Thirteen Arts Festival.
In addition, the opening ceremony of the 13th Art Festival is planned to be held in Beijing. It will comprehensively use music, dance, opera and other art forms to fully demonstrate the latest achievements in the development of stage art since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, innovate the means of stage performance, and present a wonderful opening ceremony. big play.
The closing ceremony is planned to be held in Xiongan New Area, with the intention of looking forward to the grand blueprint of the next century from the future city.
At the closing ceremony, the results of the 17th Wenhua Award will be announced, the essence of the winning works of the Wenhua Award will be displayed, and the handover ceremony of the Chinese Arts Festival flag will be held.
During the festival, the 17th Wenhua Award and the 19th Qunxing Award live performances and awards activities were organized.
Tianjin City and Hebei Province organized Wenhua Award and Qunxing Award to participate in the performance of works.

In addition to the Wenhua Award and the Qunxing Award, 30 (Taiwan) outstanding new plays (including plays from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) created since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be invited to participate in the 13th Art Festival.

At the same time, the National Excellent Art Works Exhibition will be held in Beijing; the National Excellent Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Works Exhibition will be held in Tianjin; the National Excellent Photography Works Exhibition will be held in Hebei Province.
In the later stage, some outstanding works will be selected for a touring exhibition in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
The National Performing Arts and Cultural and Creative Products Expo will be held in Tianjin, and a comprehensive exhibition and trading service platform for performing arts and cultural and creative products will be established through the exhibition of achievements, works display, project promotion, and product trading.
