Gourmet show with Mamadi and Abdou.

One is from Burkina Faso, the other is Senegalese… They are not yet 30 years old, but can already boast of great professional success since they became chefs at only 21 and 26 years old.

Chef Mamadi opened his establishment in the Paris suburbs last year (2021) where, every day, he brilliantly combines French gastronomy and African flavors.

Chief Abdou, he officiates at home.

At each performance, it is a private restaurant that he transports into the living room of personalities from all over the world.

The exercise is not the same, but there is a certain similarity: the objective is indeed to titillate the taste buds of the gourmands who throng their doors every day in greater numbers.

Creative, determined, passionate, they tell us about their journey and give us their advice for success in the very closed environment of gastronomy.

Guests:

  • Mamadi Sambaré

    , chef

  • Abdou Dramé

    , chef.
