When the agenda of ETA and that of the Government of Spain coincide in the same horizon of impunity, one can only ask, with all the inevitable crudeness, at what point

the betrayal of the memory of the dead

stopped causing scandal and was accepted as a bargaining chip parliamentary

At what point did Moncloa decide that Bildu was not just another party but a strategic partner with which to exchange prisoners for votes for some Budgets.

At what point did Sánchez manage to drown out the last scruples of his

us party mates

to launch the whitewashing of the old Batasuna and incorporate it into the leadership of the State that ETA has always wanted to liquidate, yesterday with bombs and today from institutional power.

At what point did Otegi stop evoking the memory of Ernest Lluch or Fernando Buesa and become a screenwriter for national amnesia, fostered by the same government that stirs up the ghost of Francoism every time it suits it to polarize the country.

From Podemos, whose founders barely hid their admiration for terrorism under the revolutionary mask, we never expect anything.

But how much does a party like the PSOE have to degrade itself to whitewash the political heirs of ETA, to the point of signing with them a project to eradicate Spanish in Basque classrooms or

a plan for accelerated releases led by a serial killer named

Kubati

and taken over by a Minister of the Interior?

The messages intervened by the Civil Guard on the mobile of

Kubati

confirm that the hidden agreement between Otegi and Sánchez went beyond the exchange of accounts for prisoners, recognized by the head of Bildu in an act with the abertzale militancy and executed since 2019 with the approach to the Basque Country of between five to seven ETA members to the week.

But the rapprochement was only the first part of the plan.

The ultimate goal is impunity, failure to comply with sentences through the cat flap of prison grade progression, facilitated by the transfer of prison jurisdiction to Euskadi, the umpteenth surrender of Sánchez to the PNV blackmail.

The plan includes legislative changes in the next socialist mandate to consummate the express release of 170 terrorists

.

EL MUNDO has already published the letter in which Bildu asked to "discreetly" negotiate the conditions of the prisoners with the director of the Basauri prison.

And now we have learned that the gunmen's liaisons pass their "priority list" to Angel Luis Ortiz, Marlaska's right-hand man for prison matters.

Let's remember that under the alias of

Kubati

hides the very Spanish name of Antonio López Ruiz, a bloodthirsty ETA member sentenced to 1,210 years for 13 murders - that of

Yoys

among others-, whom Otegi signed to shepherd the group of prisoners.

he is also

Kubati

the coordinator of tributes to released ETA members.

Bildu is co-directing Spain's prison policy with the approval of Marlaska

, who already accumulates so many reasons to resign that a more delegitimized minister in democracy is not remembered.

I don't have to say it

The Economist

to realize the institutional and moral deterioration that our democracy is experiencing under the sanchismo.
