  On February 10, in the men's single free skating competition of figure skating at the Beijing Winter Olympics, Yuzuru Hanyu of Japan fell while challenging Axel's quadruple jump (4A), and finally finished with a total score of 283.21 points. Ranked fourth, unfortunately missed the three consecutive Winter Olympics.
