has been discharged this Thursday after spending 48 days hospitalized for complications derived from

Covid-19

, according to the medical report provided by the Gregorio Marañón University General Hospital.

The medical report provided by the center states that Antonio Resines was admitted on December 23 last year for

acute respiratory failure secondary to bilateral COVID pneumonia

and that he has spent 36 days in the Intensive Care Unit and 12 days in the hospitalization ward.

Resines, 67, is now joining the hospital center's Post ICU-Covid Care outpatient program.

This program offers comprehensive multidisciplinary care to patients who have been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit for prolonged periods.

Account for this, according to the Gregorio Marañón Hospital, with specialists in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Infectious Diseases, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and Nutrition.
