In question: the 30% increase in the price of the toll of Cruseilles (Haute-Savoie), where it is now necessary to pay 6.70 euros, reports

You also have to pay 8.70 euros to reach Annecy-Centre and Geneva leaving via Saint-Martin-Bellevue, i.e. 31 km.
These increases have angered motorists, who already have to deal with declining purchasing power.
"It's overpriced.
We must stop taking us for cash cows, ”annoys Virginie, one of the motorists testifying in the Savoyard Rise.
An increase greater than the national increase
Some would have preferred that these increases be aligned with the national increase, on average 2%.
For many motorists, the solution will be to abandon the motorway for the secondary network, even if the journey is longer.
The motorway company Adelac explains this increase by the price difference between the tolls of Cruseilles and Saint-Martin-Bellevue.
The group would have been asked by the State and neighboring municipalities "to solve this problem".
