1. Lift the closure management of Building 11 and Qizaihong Maternity and Baby Products Store in Fucheng Phase 4.
2. Release the control and management of 22 buildings except Building 11 in Fucheng Phase IV Community.
3. The prevention management of Yanjiao Town, Gaolou Town, Yingbin North Road Street, Yanshun Street, Kangcheng Street and Xinggong East Street under the jurisdiction of Yanjiao High-tech Zone shall be lifted.
