The war between Russia and Ukraine has already begun.

No military incursion yet or deaths on the battlefield, but more insidious attacks, and sometimes just as dangerous.

Moscow deploys a hidden arsenal: disinformation, cyberattacks, false bomb threats.

A vast campaign of destabilization designed to weaken the adversary, undermine the morale of the population, and affect the economic interests of Ukraine.

A hybrid war, which began before the invasion of Crimea in 2014 and which has intensified in recent weeks.

These attacks are all the more dangerous as Ukraine is at the forefront of dematerialization: many infrastructures essential to the functioning of the country are connected to the internet, and the identity papers of the majority of the population are accessible via an application.

To respond to these attacks from the shadows, NATO signed a technological defense cooperation agreement with Ukraine less than a month ago.

Will this be enough to counter Moscow's attacks on the Ukrainian web?

Is this hybrid war the prelude to an armed incursion?

Is Europe sufficiently prepared to face these attacks?
