Closing and waxing one of the most famous Syrian restaurants in Cairo

The East Nasr City neighborhood in Egypt closed and waxed the famous Abu Al-Ezz Al-Syrian restaurant for running it without a license.

These campaigns, launched by neighborhoods in Cairo governorate, come within the framework of intensifying the daily efforts made to confront violations and close the violating shops.

The Sultan's Pizza Restaurant was also closed and waxed by the East Nasr City neighborhood, for running it without a license.

The Public Stores Law defines the conditions for licensing commercial stores, as the law stipulates that it is not permissible to open a commercial store without a license from the competent center, in accordance with the controls and conditions set by the committee.

The Commercial Stores Law stipulates that anyone who operates commercial stores without obtaining a license shall be punished with a fine of no less than 20,000 pounds and not more than 50,000 pounds, and the penalty is up to imprisonment in the event of return for a period of not less than 6 months and not more than a year.
