Nagasaki Prefecture and others announced on the 8th that it was newly confirmed that a total of 465 people in the prefecture were infected with the new coronavirus.
The total number of people confirmed to be infected in Nagasaki Prefecture is 18,465, excluding the crew of the cruise ship moored at Nagasaki Port.
Nagasaki Prefecture also announced that one person infected with the new coronavirus has died.
This brings the number of infected people who died in the prefecture to 82.
