The city of Digne-les-Bains (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) has launched a public consultation notice as part of a plan for the prevention of noise in the environment (PPBE).

From this Thursday and until April 6, residents can give their opinion, reports news Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

Boulevard Victor-Hugo concerned

A prefectural decree makes it possible to identify the areas requiring an evaluation of the noise linked to road traffic.

In Digne-les-Bains, it is 300 meters of communal voices from Boulevard Victor-Hugo.

It should be noted that, in this sector, the threshold of authorized decibels is not exceeded.

Residents can send their comments on this project directly online by filling out a form.

They can also send a letter to the town hall or go there to fill in the consultation register made available at reception.
