一方で、総務省は「一般的に理解を得られる合理的な理由がなければ見直しの検討が必要だ」として先月、全国の自治体に通知を出しました。
総務省は「財政上の理由からパートタイムにしているのではあれば適切ではない。勤務の実態を把握したうえでフルタイムでの任用を含め検討が必要だ」としています。
「15分減らされ退職金出ない」の声も
