New home clean and warm
Before the New Year's Eve, a snowy snow brought a strong New Year's taste. The reporter walked into a unit door of Honglian Xiyuan Community, and a warm feeling rushed to the face.
Knocking on the door of Bao Dongcai's house, Bao Dongcai just made a pot of tea, while looking at the snow scene outside the window, while enjoying the old objects in his collection.
Bao Dongcai's hometown is in Xisun Village, Dahe Town, Rongcheng County, Hebei Province, and the house has been there for more than 20 years.
On December 26 last year, the old couple moved into a new home in the Rongdong area. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom new house is 120 square meters. "In the past winter, large charcoal was used for heating, and the new house has floor heating, which is clean and warm!" Bao Dong took a sip of tea. , pointing to the thermometer at the door: 22 degrees Celsius.
"I used to farm in the village, but when the wind blows in winter, the soil is everywhere. Now I live in a building, the greening of the community is very good, and there are smooth roads to go out."
"That's my little granddaughter's school. It takes 5 minutes to walk downstairs." Bao Dongcai pointed to a small building outside the window and said that his granddaughter used to study at Dahe School. trip.
In September last year, the Lemin Primary School next to the new house was completed and began to enroll students. The granddaughter moved to the new school and had lunch at the school, which saved a lot of heart.
The new home and the new school are only separated by a road. Bao Dong got used to it and wanted to send his granddaughter to school. The granddaughter said, "It's only a few steps away. Grandpa doesn't need to send it. There are teachers and police uncles at the intersection."
At present, 10 new schools have been built in the Rongdong area, covering kindergarten to high school, with a total of more than 4,000 students.
At present, Beihai Kindergarten, Shijia Hutong Primary School, and Beijing No. 4 Middle School, the “turnkey” projects that Beijing supports for the construction of the new district, have all entered the final stage.
There are 40 buildings in Honglian Xiyuan Community, which is the largest residential resettlement area in Rongdong area. Since the end of last year, Rongdong area has delivered 30,000 new houses, mainly resettling relocated households in Rongcheng County, who can move in with bags.
Bao Dongcai and others became the first batch of new residents. There are 192 households in Xisun Village, and now almost all of them have moved into their new homes.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the new home, and you will find a variety of grocery stores, fruit stores, convenience stores and pharmacies.
"There is also a pension station. Playing table tennis, playing chess and cards, and chatting is better than living in the village." Bao Dongcai said.
Environment improves travel convenience

高茂申的老家在大河镇东孙村，新房交付前，他来容东看过多次，还坐公交车去了几次雄安郊野公园，“公园很大，一天也看不完。”雄安郊野公园是新区“千年秀林”的升级版，去年11月全面建成以来，每逢节假日游客络绎不绝，已成为新的旅游打卡地。
先植绿，后建城，是雄安新区的建设理念。去年3月，修路施工涉及容城县段庄村附近的11棵榆树、槐树，雄安新区决定将11棵“乡愁树”移栽到悦容公园和金湖公园，设置导视牌，让人们了解这些大树的历史，留住乡愁。目前，悦容公园、体育公园等已陆续建成，成为雄安百姓微信朋友圈的高频词。
绿地连淀泊，当地人对白洋淀有特殊情感。高茂申一家常去白洋淀，这些年眼看着水多了，更清了。经过生态修复和治理，淀区整体水质由2017年的劣Ⅴ类提升到2020年的Ⅳ类，淀心区平均水质达到Ⅲ类标准，为近10年来最好水平。野生鸟类也多起来，当前共记录野生鸟类224种，比新区设立前增加18种。
不仅生态环境改善，出行也更加便捷。容东开行的公交车通往新建的雄安站，高茂申感慨：以前去北京走亲戚，坐汽车要折腾2个多小时，现在坐高铁1个小时就到了。
2020年底京雄城际铁路和雄安站开通运营；去年5月，京雄高速河北段、荣乌高速新线、京德高速一期通车，雄安新区对外骨干交通网进一步完善，新区的基础设施、公共服务进一步完善。
党员下沉 服务居民
“这里能交水费吗？”1月23日，段来义带着现金来到望淀社区党群服务中心。“您以后不用跑，手机打开小程序就能交。”社区工作者得知老人不会用智能手机，就把交费流程用大号字写在纸上，并现场打通老人儿子的手机，告诉他怎么操作。
段来义是大河镇胡村人，去年11月搬进阳光园小区。新家什么都好，但段来义还是遇到点新烦恼——水电气等交费大多在网上操作。“不用跑腿是为了方便老百姓，老年人也得学新技术。”段来义说。
搬进新家，生活面临新场景。大河镇南文营村是新区第一批征迁村，目前绝大多数村民选了新房，住在不同小区。去年11月，村支书曹国光搬进兴安社区所辖的云舒庭小区。他当了11年村支书，如今虽有社区服务，大伙儿仍习惯找他办事，开证明、盖章。过渡期里，为了方便大家，村委会在容东租房办公。
从农民到市民、从农村到社区，这种转变给基层社会治理带来新挑战。目前容东片区有19个社区，望淀社区规模最大，共有2000多名居民。赵承龙任望淀社区和胡村社区党总支书记，“我们在帮助新居民尽快适应新生活。”
望淀社区有8名专职社区工作者，都是大学生。田旭研究生毕业于香港城市大学，目前主要工作是入户调查，了解居民需求，协调解决。
望淀社区在每个小区安排专职社区工作者担任负责人；推选楼门长，由村干部副职担任；组织60名党员公示姓名、电话，方便居民联系。下一步，还将以小区为单位成立党支部和党小组。新区各级共1500余名党员干部下沉一线，包联到户，解决新居民急难愁盼问题。（本报记者 张志锋）
