The Bangda Dabian Police Office of the Zhefang Border Police Station in Mangshi, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province is located in the Bangda Villager Group, Zhefang Town, Mangshi. It is located on the front line of the China-Myanmar border, with an altitude of 1741 meters. There are no more than 60 sunny days throughout the year, and it is affectionately called "the police room on the cloud" by the masses.

Since the start of epidemic prevention and control, in order to prevent illegals from smuggling into the country, the civilian auxiliary police chose to stick to the front line and give up reunion with their families.

For daily border patrols, they have to walk more than 10 kilometers of patrol roads.

These patrol roads are hidden in the jungle river ditch, some are steep and abnormal, some are slippery and difficult to navigate, and it takes at least two or three hours to get down.

The China-Myanmar border is intertwined, and villages are connected. Although the residents on both sides of the border belong to different countries, many of them are a minority, and daily exchanges and intermarriage between the two sides are also common.

Therefore, home visits and investigations have become "homework" that they must do every day.
