Ingredients:- 12 pancakes - 1 filling - 1/2 lemon (yellow or green as desired)- Italian meringue Garnish one out of three pancakes with the Lemond Curd on a cake plate.
Repeat this gesture until the last pancake.
Put the whole thing in the fridge for an hour.
Then decorate the cake with the Italian meringue.
Taste!
