With the country's implementation of a multi-channel compensation policy for rural doctors, Song Wenbin's income has also increased by "a few large chunks": 10 years ago, he could only receive a monthly financial subsidy of 400 yuan and no endowment insurance; now, together with post subsidies, Including public health service performance, basic drug subsidies, wages, etc., the annual income is about three times that of the past.

"The government has also provided pension insurance, and the benefits have improved a lot in all aspects."

He places more emphasis on opportunities for business improvement.

In recent years, Dachengnan Village Clinic has been incorporated into the Wenshui County Medical Group for "rural integration" management. "This year, I also studied in the county hospital for a month, and the experts taught them hand-to-hand. They are all very practical clinical techniques." Song Wenbin Open the mobile phone DingTalk group and show reporters the video learning courses recorded by the county hospital, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure, acute appendicitis and other diseases.

"This is very good, it helps us to identify and refer in time, and it is very useful."

In 2019, Song Wenbin was admitted as an assistant physician of traditional Chinese medicine.

His goal is: to work and learn at the same time, and to be the health guardian of the villagers.

Today, Dachengnancun Village Clinic has moved to a new location, from 2 old houses that were temporarily rented to 5 rooms. The government funded the renovation, and the number of staff increased to 4. Song Wenbin is in charge. people.

The reporter saw that the windows of the new village clinic are bright and clean, and the functions of the rooms are divided in an orderly manner.

On the clean white walls, "prescription system" and "treatment room work system" are prominently posted.

In addition to diagnosis and treatment beds, the government has also added equipment such as air pressure tourniquets, simple respirators, waiting chairs and ultraviolet lamps.

At the end of the year, Song Wenbin felt a lot more relaxed.

He bluntly said that he is very motivated in the position of village doctor: "I am willing to serve the masses until retirement!"
