We were negligent, so we allowed their poisonous messages to invade our homes and the minds of our children and daring against our culture, our heritage, and our customs.
We allowed their immorality to strip the dress of modesty from our societies, so we used to accept deviation under the pretext of accepting the other, and we neglected the demolition of constants that were ours as a fence and protection.
We believed that the picture is bleak, and a light must be shed on it to correct it, so they brought out the ugliness from its hiding place after it lived for ages in disguise and concealment.
They searched for the shortcomings in us and presented them as a rule and without exception, so the matter became confused with the young and the old, and we began to wonder while we saw the loudness of their voice secretly and publicly: Who among us is right?
They categorized us according to their vision, so we became “the old, strict generation that is not open to life,” to be unique to young minds that look to the future without being able to differentiate between the wheat and the precious.
They told us that art is the mirror of society, reflecting its problems and shortcomings, and triumphing for good in the end, until we found another society that promotes violence and everything that is abnormal and strange.
They imposed their control until crimes, mental illnesses and deviations spread in the absence of supervision and moral and religious rejection.
They went too far until the transgression reached its limit, and began to knock on the doors of taboos and major sins, thinking that we would easily accept them as we accepted others.
“Friends and my dearest” is not just a movie idea, a clever representation, or a snapshot of society, as some defend, but a poisonous message wrapped in their open civilized character, but its core paves the way for accepting all obscenity and taboo, according to their famous phrase, “It’s OK.”
“Friends and dear ones” is like the foot of the famous proverb, “Those who go down a slope usually do not stop except at the foot.” We stopped after we descended their entire slope to feel a great pain for all of this absurdity in which we participated when we supported with monthly subscriptions the poisoned channels and platforms, when we did not We release the iron hand of law, control our open skies, and improve the immunization and protection of our children.
