The flow of informational hysteria, fanned by our "Western partners" on the situation around Ukraine, is becoming like a ninth wave. With all the ensuing consequences of this comparison. But the most worrying thing in this whole seemingly endless story is that the weapons pumped into the neighboring country by its foreign “allies” will be directed against the civilians of Donbass, who will once again be actively “forced to peace” with the help of American Javelins and Czech shells.
Of course, we cannot silently and submissively observe how our people are being cynically and frankly prepared for the slaughter. Therefore, the statement of the head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma, Vladimir Vasilyev, who addressed the leadership of our country with a request to provide assistance to the LPR and DPR in the form of supplies of military products necessary to deter aggression, was received with incredible joy and with a sigh of relief.
After all, those people who have been at gunpoint and under fire from the Ukrainian army for the eighth year have been living in anticipation of this decision for a long time. After all, military assistance to Ukraine did not begin yesterday. And the flow of weapons, instructors and mercenaries has been going there since 2014. But now these deliveries have reached an unprecedented scale. And the contents of these “parcels” leave no doubt as to where all this will go and against whom it will be used. And in the very near future.
In this regard, the words that all necessary measures should be taken to ensure the safety of the citizens of the republics, which were heard from the lips of the leader of the United Russia faction and were supported by all other Duma factions, can be regarded as a signal that: 1) an objective assessment of the situation revealed a serious threat of renewal large-scale hostilities in the places of residence of citizens of the Russian Federation;
2) to protect the life and health of these citizens, diplomatic efforts on our part are clearly not enough.
I quote Vasiliev: “We are very concerned about the issue of protecting the lives of Russian citizens and compatriots living in the territories of the LPR and DPR.
In the Duma Council, in the faction, in the party, we consulted on this issue and came to the understanding that we cannot leave people to the mercy of the Kiev regime.”
Without falling into euphoria, I hasten to report that over the past 24 hours (for the first time in a long period of time) shelling of the DPR and LPR by the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not been recorded. Of course, this is not a reason to celebrate and relax, but, believe me, for those who are used to falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of cannonade, this is a really important achievement. Of course, such respite does not mean that Ukraine has suddenly embarked on the path of correction. But the fact that she is forced to moderate her bloody appetites and demonstrates an understanding of the seriousness of not only the statements, but also the intentions of Russia is a fact.
However, I am not sure that such adequacy will last long enough, so I expect that concrete actions will follow the statements.
And after a short period of time, necessary to settle all the formalities, Donbass will receive everything necessary for its protection.
And yes, it will be a truly defensive weapon.
With the help of which, I hope, it will be possible to cool the hotheads, who are already painting in colors how they will hit the houses of civilians in Donbass with grenade launchers.

These are two key words that should be remembered by everyone who has already begun to speculate on this topic and declare with a blue eye that now Russia will officially become a party to the conflict and a sponsor of terrorism.
And yes, this logic is very dangerous.
After all, if we begin to consider the situation through its prism, then the conclusion suggests itself that now the entire NATO military bloc is officially fighting against the republics, and it also bears collective responsibility for every dead and wounded as a result of the use of weapons supplied to Ukraine.
Of course, all those who make decisions on military assistance to Ukraine and consider it a demonstration of NATO unity in the face of a “threat” from Russia do not care how many people will become innocent victims of this very “unity”.
However, our task today, having connected all the necessary levers and mechanisms, is not only to help Donbass with defense, but also to go on the offensive.
on the diplomatic front.
We need to stop being embarrassed to present to the West all the crimes that it is now committing, thereby violating both the Minsk agreements and all documents on the protection of human rights that exist in nature.
However, in the event that the Donbass has everything necessary for defense, it will be much easier to do this.
After all, the Americans and their allies in the military bloc understand only the language that they themselves speak.
And if it comes to them that the attack on Donbass will result in not only losses for them, but also another shameful flight, I am sure that they will do everything to avoid this.
Therefore, military assistance to the LDNR is now vital.
In this regard, I express both gratitude for the fact that conversations about its provision have finally begun to be heard from the highest tribunes, and the hope that words will be transformed into actions in record time.
