He coordinated the "hot line" between the donor and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai to transfer the amount of the donation to the competent authority, and "Abu Shamsa" expressed his thanks to the donor, for her generous stance, in light of the financial conditions he is going through, noting that this donation is not strange for individuals The state is in solidarity with humanitarian cases, and extends a helping hand and assistance to every needy person.

On January 21, "Emirates Today" published the story of Abu Shamsa's suffering, due to his inability to pay the school fees for his two daughters (Shamsa and Dana).

(Abu Shamsa) had previously told his story to "Emirates Today", saying that his financial condition worsened significantly after the termination of his services, as a result of the company's loss and bankruptcy, and they accumulated debts, so that he borrowed from a friend to pay part of the rent of the apartment in which he lives, and the impact of that In the family situation and stability, he was unable to pay the tuition fees for his two daughters (Shamsa and Dana), and he fears that they will be deprived of continuing their studies.

He explained that he has three daughters, (Shamsa), the eldest daughter, who studies in the sixth grade, in a private school in Abu Dhabi, and the school administration demands that he pay 15,415 dirhams, and he succeeded with difficulty in securing 3,300 dirhams, and one of the charitable societies paid for 3000 dirhams of tuition fees, and the remaining It is 9115 dirhams.

He added that his daughter (Dana) is studying in the second grade at a public school in Abu Dhabi, and she will not be able to complete her educational journey this year, if he does not pay the amount of 6000 dirhams (the tuition fees), and he is completely unable to manage even a small part of the amount.

He explained that he is the sole breadwinner for his family of five, and he was working in one of the private agencies with a salary of 4,500 dirhams, and since the termination of his services he has been unemployed for several months, and has searched for a new job opportunity everywhere to no avail, and currently he does not have any source of income, Pointing out that one of his friends gives him a small amount to provide food and drink for the family.

He appealed to people with compassionate hearts and philanthropic people to help him manage 10,115 dirhams, the remaining arrears of school fees for his two daughters (Shamsah and Dana).
