An actress accuses a singer of raping her in front of the cameras while filming a song

American actress Evan Rachel Wood has accused singer Marilyn Manson of raping her while filming one of his songs, Agence France-Presse reported on Tuesday.

Wood, best known for her roles in "Westward" and "Thirteen", has indicted Manson in the HBO documentary "Phoenix Rising," which was shown at the Sundance Film Festival.

In this work, which deals with the struggle to extend the time for cases to fall in sexual cases over time to allow victims to achieve justice, Wood touches on what happened to her during the filming of Manson's song "Heart Shaped Glasses" in 2007.

"The agreement was to shoot a scene that simulates an intimate relationship, but when filming started, Manson actually practiced a relationship with me," she said, stressing that she had never given her consent to that.

Wood, an actress since her childhood, explains that she did not know how to defend herself and refuses, because she was trained to "not respond at all, but go to the end no matter what."

Wood began dating Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, in 2006 when she was 18.

The singer was 37 years old at the time.

"I was forced to do a commercial outrageous act with false allegations. I was raped on camera," she explained.

She adds that "the staff was very embarrassed and no one knew what to do" during Manson's assault on her.

According to the documentary, Manson pressured the actress to assure reporters that there was no real intimate scene during the filming of the song.

The singer's lawyer, Howard King, denied the accusations.

In a statement sent to AFP, he said, "Of all of Wood's false allegations about Manson, her fictional account of the filming of the music video for the song "Heart Shaped Glasses" 15 years ago is the most scandalous and easy to refute, due to the large number of witnesses."

The lawyer confirmed that the scene that simulates intimacy required several hours of filming, which included capturing scenes from different angles, and long periods of rest between each camera installation.

"Brian never had an affair with Evan during filming, and she knows that's the truth," he said.

Several women, including actress Isma Bianco ("Game of Thrones+"+") have accused Marilyn Manson of rape and other assaults, while the singer denies the accusations.

And last year, Los Angeles police announced the opening of an investigation into allegations of domestic violence against Manson, in actions he committed between 2009 and 2011.

Manson, now 53, has created a bizarre Gothic-influenced selfie, wearing make-up and two different lenses.

His name was inspired by the actress Marilyn Monroe and the criminal Charles Manson, who caused the death of actress Sharon Tate.

Luma Vista Recordings and the technical agency CAA severed their relations with him after the accusations against him.

However, he continued to record songs and was featured on the cover of Kanye West's "Donda" album released last year.
