ジャーナリストの伊藤詩織さんが元TBS記者の山口敬之さんに性的暴行を受けたと訴えた裁判で、2審の東京高等裁判所は1審に続いて伊藤さんの訴えを認め、山口さんに330万円余りの賠償を命じました。
一方、事実と異なる内容を公表され名誉を傷つけられたという山口さんの主張も一部認め、伊藤さんにも50万円余りの賠償を命じました。
ジャーナリストの伊藤詩織さんは7年前、元TBS記者の山口敬之さんとの食事で酒に酔って意識を失い性的暴行を受けたとして賠償を求めました。
山口さんは同意があったと主張して争っていましたが1審の東京地方裁判所は3年前、伊藤さんの訴えを認めて330万円の賠償を命じ、双方が控訴していました。
25日の2審の判決で東京高等裁判所の中山孝雄裁判長は「伊藤さんの供述は具体的で一貫しており信用できる。同意がないのに性行為を行ったと認めるのが相当だ」と指摘し、1審に続いて伊藤さんの訴えを認め330万円余りの賠償を命じました。
一方、山口さんが名誉を傷つけられたとして賠償を求めた訴えについては「伊藤さんが記者会見や著書で公表した内容のうち食事中にデートレイプドラッグを飲まされたという部分は的確な証拠がなく、真実とはいえない」として山口さんの訴えも一部認め、伊藤さんに55万円の賠償を命じました。
