  The reporter investigated and learned that Jinan City, Shandong relies on 170 street and town migrant workers "foreman" and 650 grid workers to investigate the salary payment and hidden dangers of arrears of engineering construction projects.

As of December 31, 2021, a total of 27,079 employers have been inspected in Shandong Province, and 137 million yuan in wages and compensation for 24,000 employees, including 15,000 migrant workers.

  Relevant departments in Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province have fully mobilized the strength of street and community coordinators to rectify wage arrears. So far, 1,074 clues have been closed, benefiting more than 800 migrant workers.
