　　In the fall of 2010, the old classmates of the 1957 Department of Chemistry of Nanjing University gathered in Hengdian Film and Television City, Dongyang, Zhejiang, and it was this gathering that became a key node in the life of Xiaoyu's literary translation.

During the three-day party, Xiaoyu's mother, Cao Meizao, shared a room with her old classmate, Lu Wanfang, who also helped Xiaoyu embark on the road of translation.

A reporter from the head office recently contacted Lu Wanfang. She told us about the class reunion 12 years ago and the Xiaoyu mother Cao Meizao in her eyes.

　　Lu Wanfang told the head office reporter that Meizao had fair skin, big eyes, delicate looks, introverted, hard-working, and skillful, "She has all the virtues of Chinese women. In English, German and Japanese, "Translator Jin Xiaoyu" appears on the covers of more and more translations.

He has successively published "Boat Fever", "The Seducer", "The History of Rock and Roll in Ten Songs", "Andrei Tarkovsky: Elements of Film", "The Raven", "Andy Warhol Diary"... Every time a book is published, Lu Wanfang will receive a book from Xiaoyu, and she reads it carefully, "Many books are relatively obscure, how much effort Xiaoyu has to put in!"
