  冬日的神龙湾村,有着别样的美。

  雪后,清晨,山间,浓雾缭绕。7公里长的宑底沟,高山与深谷相伴,雪雾与峭壁相随,可谓步移景异。雾散去,太阳出来,神龙湾村跃然眼前。白雪皑皑间,石砖瓦顶上,家家户户升起袅袅炊烟,磨豆腐、蒸馒头,年味渐浓。神龙湾景区的门口,也已早早地挂上了一排大红灯笼。

  这里是山西省平顺县。神龙湾村,一座被太行绝壁合围的村子。独特的地貌,长期的隔绝,给村庄留下了独特的美,也给村民带来过难挨的痛——路难行,产业难兴,日子紧巴巴。

  近些年,这座静谧的古村,摁下了发展的加速键。

  公路通了,网络通了,快递、电商进村了;城里货进村了,农产品出山了,电商直播火了,数字产业活了,一二三产融合,村庄面貌一新。

  时代的春风翻山越岭,吹进山乡,吹进村民心里。村民们也纷纷跟上时代,赶上潮流,干上了全新的工作,过上了全新的生活。

  不知不觉间,这个小山村的一切正发生着飞跃。

  筑路,“老司机”的三次就业

  年轻时的刘玉昌,吃饭时总是蹲在山腰上,仰望村西北角的月亮桥。

  这座只有数米宽的石桥,是出村的路。早上,阳光打到桥边大片黄褐色崖体上,亮得如同过曝的照片。同样,阳光也把山那头的平顺县城镀上金色,让刘玉昌心生向往。

  23岁那年,刘玉昌第一次去平顺县城,步行,用了5个小时去镇上,再坐班车。

  步行的这段,得先从村里爬上月亮桥,要花几个小时。途中有条羊肠小道,石阶是硬靠村民在石崖上凿出来的,不规则且陡峭,走上几十分钟,人就容易喘粗气,发出“哈哧”的声音,“哈喽梯”的民间称呼由此而来。

  从村里想要“出山”去县城——要么走“哈喽梯”去镇上;要么沿着东边的沟往河南省石板岩镇方向下山,再借道河北绕回到县城。

  有路才有希望。刘玉昌人生中的几次就业都与路有关。

  At that time, the village was doing a big thing - building a wall-hung road, also called a wall-hung tunnel.

  1.5 km, 15 years!

From 1985 to 2000, after a lot of hard work, the tunnel was finally opened to traffic.

Liu Yuchang remembered the old party member Hu Shulin's words when he went to work with "fried batter": "My leg was broken while walking on the mountain road. If there is no road, the children in the village have to fall." He even remembered that the whole village sang opera when the road was repaired and opened to traffic. The lively, "It's like seeing the sun again."

  To get a job again, Liu Yuchang runs a shuttle bus.

Crossing the belt-like wall-hung highway on the Taihang Mountains, Liu Yuchang's car ran from the village to the county seat, and it only took more than 40 minutes one way.

That was around 2005, "two trips a day."

  After working for a long time, he also works part-time as a "dry courier".

There are more than 260 villages in Dongsitou Township where the village is located, like pearls scattered in the depths of Taihang.

"Slowly, more things were sent from the county town to the village. But things could only be delivered to the town, and people had to pick it up from the town. I brought back all the things that went to the village. I'm embarrassed to manage people asking for money."

  It is also because of the reputation accumulated over the years that Liu Yuchang, who is in his sixtieth year, has a third job, and in October 2021, he will be elected as the Party branch secretary of Shenlongwan Village with a high vote.

  In the evening, Liu Yuchang took reporters to the observation deck to see the wall-hung highway. It was a different feeling. The lights came out from the 33 cliff holes of the wall-hung highway, connecting front and rear, like a long time tunnel. .

  Touch the net, the "three major sectors" of e-commerce experts

  Unbeknownst to Liu Yuchang, he inadvertently became the first person in the village to "do express delivery".

  More than 10 years ago, when he was still running the bus, there were two new changes in the village: first, most people in the village bought computers at their homes, and second, the network cable and optical cable were built along the Moon Bridge.

  In terms of seniority, the post-90s Zhou Ruifeng called Liu Yuchang Uncle.

Zhou Ruifeng's father, and Liu Yuchang were the former village party secretary.

In 2011, when Zhou Ruifeng University returned to the village during the summer vacation, he bought a pair of sneakers online, which was brought back by Liu Yuchang's bus.

  It was this online shopping that allowed Zhou Ruifeng to see business opportunities, and he became attached to the word "e-commerce" since then.

  In the next 10 years, Zhou Ruifeng did three things: purchasing, selling and express delivery.

All of this is closely related to e-commerce.

  After graduating in 2014, Zhou Ruifeng opened several small shops in Shenlongwan Village and surrounding villages, and the purchase channels are all well-known e-commerce platforms.

"10 pieces of soybean oil, 10 pieces of beverages, 20 bags of flour..." Turning on his mobile phone, Zhou Ruifeng showed the purchase list of the last year. He clicked on any order, and the purchases were in units of "10", covering daily food, All aspects of daily necessities can basically be delivered to the door the next day.

  In recent years, things in the city have appeared in the village more and more frequently, and the problem of fake and inferior goods has become less and less.

Nowadays, people are more and more inclined to order online when they buy large items.

After the homestay "Cliff Residence" inherited by the operator Zhou opened in the village, he bought 10 TV sets online in one breath: "The price is right, save trouble and worry!"

  The decline of e-commerce products inspired Zhou Ruifeng.

  "Things from outside can come in, why can't our agricultural products go out?" Zhou Ruifeng's mind was very lively.

When he was a university student in Taiyuan, he missed the special pastry "Chao Qi" in his hometown.

After the family sent it to him, the surrounding classmates said it was delicious, which is equivalent to the most simple market research experience.

So, since 2016, Zhou Ruifeng has tried to open an online store to sell special agricultural products.

  Coincidentally, starting from this year, the upward trend of Pingshun agricultural products has ushered in a window of development.

"Millet, Lu Codonopsis, and Dahongpao prickly ash are the main agricultural specialty products in Pingshun County, and they are also some of the best-selling agricultural specialty products online." Lian Shubin, secretary of the Pingshun County Party Committee, introduced that market players spontaneously sell online, plus With the traffic support of the shopping festival on the e-commerce platform, Pingshun's primary agricultural products have emerged in the public eye.

  In the past two years, "opening the circle of friends, many people sold millet and Lu Codonopsis on behalf of others." Some villagers also caught up with the trend, which made Zhou Ruifeng clearly feel that the demand for parcels in the villages is increasing, and the idea of ​​express delivery is in the sprouted in his mind.

  In 2019, he let Jitu Express land smoothly by joining, aiming at rural logistics.

He divided the express delivery in Pingshun County into several areas, with 4 vehicles per day, starting from the county seat and running to various administrative villages according to different routes.

This young man wants to use his own strength to get through the "last mile" of express delivery into the village.

  A three-level logistics system to support the development of e-commerce

  "It's hard to get started. The receiving fee is 45 cents, and the delivery fee is less than 1 yuan. Some villages have a small amount of express delivery, and the scale cannot be built up. The cost of personnel and vehicles is high, plus the warehouse fee. It's hard to equalize." At the beginning, Zhou Ruifeng worked very hard.

  If it wasn't for Pingshun County's overall efforts in e-commerce services, Zhou Ruifeng would not be able to survive the most difficult time.

  2019 is a year of great development of Pingshun e-commerce.

Binh Shun undertook the national comprehensive demonstration project of e-commerce in rural areas, and began to build a three-level logistics system at the county, township and village levels around the e-commerce public service center.

  The construction of the three-level logistics system helped Zhou Ruifeng solve the "pain point".

"It not only brings subsidies to express logistics companies, but also solves the last 100 meters of distribution." Liu Peipei, director of Pingshun County E-Commerce Center, introduced that the county has integrated 13 express companies and set up warehousing and logistics distribution centers at the county level. , to build a logistics system covering 150 administrative villages.

The shelves on the side are full of couriers that have not been picked up in time.

Among them, there are tropical fruits such as dragon fruit and bananas, as well as daily food such as lettuce and milk. Online shopping has become a habit of the villagers.

  The village-level e-commerce service site where Zhou Zhiping is located, although it is the end link connecting the tertiary logistics system in Pingshun County, is indispensable - it is like a village-level "hive" that does the final distribution work.

After a long time, Zhou Zhiping has a deep understanding of rural e-commerce outlets: "What I do is the last 100 meters."

One summer, it rained heavily in the Taihang Mountains, and the wall-hanging road was closed for maintenance, and express delivery could only be delivered to the other side of the wall-hanging road.

This year, Shenlongwan Village completed a total of 33,693 logistics and express delivery up and down.
