The requisition of the strikers disputed before the court in Marseille

According to information from

, garbage collectors and the Force Ouvrière union, the majority among agents of the metropolis of Aix-Marseille, have decided to challenge before the administrative court of Marseille the decree of requisition of the garbage collectors on strike taken this Friday by the police chief of Bouches-du-Rhône.

The examination of these two referrals will be held this Monday from 9 a.m.

The decree taken Friday by the police headquarters in the face of a new garbage strike started on Tuesday ends on Monday, but it could be extended if necessary.
