Shimane Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that 158 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus.
On the other hand, three of the infected people announced on the 20th of this month were withdrawn because they were counted twice.
This brings the total number of confirmed infections in Shimane Prefecture to 3,296.
