　　Luoguhe Village is a quiet border village in Mohe City.

Walking into Luoguhe Village, a bungalow with a brick and tile structure and a blue and white exterior wall is particularly conspicuous among the quaint woodcut houses under the white snow.

This is the Luoguhe Couples Police Office of the Arctic Border Police Station.

　　Walking more than 30 meters east along the west courtyard wall of the police office, Shi Xianqiang and Shen Xin came to the riverside.

Luoguhe Village is the source village of Heilongjiang.

　　On November 30, 2021, Shi Xianqiang and Shen Xin, together with the village border guards Liu Jian and Du Wenlong, patrolled the river together.
