According to the inscription on the inscription, on the evening of June 5, 1944, more than 1,000 people from the special committee of the CPC Jirebian, the administrative department, and the military region entered three villages including Qinjiayu.

The Japanese and puppet troops stationed in Zunhua and other places gathered more than 1,000 troops after hearing the news, and in the early morning of the next day, they came from the south, west and north directions of Qinjiayu Village.

After receiving the information, a company of the Eighth Route Army stubbornly resisted the fierce artillery attack of the enemy on Wudao General Mountain.

But in the end, because the enemy was outnumbered, most of the people in the department died heroically, except for one platoon to break through.

After the battle, the local party organization led the militia to bury the remains of the martyr in the hill below General Wudao Mountain.

Qin Changfu said that he grew up listening to the stories of martyrs since he was a child.

Every year, people from the village spontaneously go up the mountain to worship the tombs of the martyrs.

"When I was in elementary school, every Qingming Festival, the school would organize teachers and students to sweep the tombs of the martyrs. After retirement, I would fill in a new piece of soil for the tombs of the martyrs every Qingming and New Year's Eve."

In 2012, after many on-site inspections by various parties, and considering various factors such as traffic and natural environment, the Qianxi County Government approved the relocation and reconstruction of the scattered martyrs' tombs and built the cemetery of the Unknown Soldiers.

In 2021, the local government will hold educational activities on the theme of party history and party lectures, and Qin Changfu will become a volunteer instructor to explain the history of the Wudao Jiangjunshan blockade to the visiting people.

Over the past 77 years, Qinjiayu Village has undergone earth-shaking changes. The broken thatched houses and stone walls in the past have become large tile houses with red roofs and white walls. The villagers live and work in peace and contentment.

The old man in the village recalled that he used to say excitedly, now that we are living a good life, we must not forget the 60 unknown martyrs who rested at the foot of Wudao General Mountain.
