　　入夜后悄然飘来的零星雪花，天亮后越来越大。山坡上，寂静的村子披上了银装。

　　一大早，69岁的李银柱就忙着清理山坡上的积雪。“这坡很陡，不把雪扫了，那么多关心我的好心人就不好上来了。”

　　李银柱系山西省介休市绵山镇西靳屯村人，终生未娶，独自生活。他要迎接的客人，是专程赶来帮他乔迁新居的。

　　去年10月7日，李银柱居住的窑洞因持续降雨而发生局部坍塌，暂住于临时搭建的过渡房内。

　　为让李银柱早日住上新家，西靳屯村利用爱心企业定向捐助资金和村委会配套资金，为其建成了44平方米的新房，确保其从此可以安度晚年。

　　去年10月初，介休市遭遇有气象记录以来的最强秋汛。10月4日，绵山镇党政干部冒雨开展安全隐患排查期间，发现李银柱居住的窑洞出现土层滑塌迹象，人员必须立即转移。

　　“老人是五保户，我们当时准备把他安置到敬老院，但是老人闲不住，说啥也不去。”绵山镇镇长孟晓丽告诉记者，因为李银柱很想留在村里种地、养羊，村干部就把他安排在其他村民家暂住，随后又迁入过渡房。

　　“现在想起来还有些后怕。”西靳屯村党总支书记、村委会主任王钦东说，李银柱转移的当天，其居住的窑洞就发生了局部坍塌。

　　“李银柱完全符合入住敬老院的条件，但老人坚持留在村里劳动，这是自食其力的典范，我们尊重老人意见。要尽快建一座新房子，让老人有生之年再也无需为住房问题犯愁。”防汛抢险进行期间，此事就被提上绵山镇党委、政府议事日程。
