The court session is scheduled for February 17.
As specified, the maximum penalty is a fine of 4 million rubles.
Russian courts imposed multibillion-dollar turnover fines on Google and Meta amounted to 5% of their annual revenue.
In December, a world court in Moscow imposed a negotiable fine on Meta in the amount of 1.99 billion rubles for repeated failure to remove prohibited information.
Prior to this, the court also imposed a turnover fine on Google in the amount of more than 7.2 billion rubles for the systematic failure to remove prohibited information.
