Between the closures linked to the various confinements and the obligation of the health pass, cultural places have suffered from the health crisis.

It was enough for these places to reinvent themselves and create a link with their public in a different way.

After a new website in 2021, the Matisse Museum in Nice is continuing its momentum in 2022 with the creation of a virtual tour of some of its rooms.

In a few clicks, from home or anywhere in the world, at any time, it is possible to discover the sixteen works loaned by collectors David and Ezra Nahmad.

But also to learn more about the paintings and the artist through videos or sound clips.

"This immersive and fun media invites you to see the museum differently before and after your visit to the site", communicates the site.

The objective is “to create new meeting places between the collection and its public”.

The next digital step will be the installation of multimedia applications on touch tablets in the museum.
